Tony Kroboth is a seasoned Vice President of Operations with over 20 years of leadership experience in the medical device industry. Currently leading operations at Ambler Surgical, Tony oversees day-to-day activities, including vendor relations, group purchasing contracts, product pricing, and the online catalog and website. He has been instrumental in the company’s continued growth, while also maintaining strong relationships with long-term clients to ensure their instrument needs are met.

In his current role at Ambler Surgical, Tony has consistently demonstrated a unique blend of business development acumen and operational expertise. His leadership spans various functions within the organization, driving both efficiency and innovation in a competitive and regulated environment. Notably, he has played a key role in the development and ongoing management of the company’s online platform, AmblerSurgical.com, which has been a critical component in reaching new customers and expanding the company’s market presence.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Computers and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from DeSales University, where he developed the technical and business expertise that has fueled his career success.
