As a product and user experience leader for the past 20 years, Eric has defined, designed and developed world-class products ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to ShipperHQ, Eric served in various leadership roles at ShipperHQ, Cart.com, Adobe, Magento, Dell and AOL. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a consultant and holds a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech in Computer Science. Eric is a regular speaker at Magento, Adobe and industry conferences since joining the community in 2015. He is passionate about the customer experience, solving complex problems through design thinking and driving innovation with one US patent and several patents pending.
