Kuba Zwoliński is the CXO of the IronPlane–Snowdog Group, a digital agency specializing in unified commerce solutions. With over 17 years of experience in web development and eCommerce growth, he has played a key role in driving innovation and scalable digital commerce strategies.

A four-time Magento Master Maker, Kuba has been recognized for his outstanding contributions to the open-source community and the Magento ecosystem. Under his leadership, his team received the Most Innovative Customer Experience Award in 2018 for delivering a seamless shopping experience across online and offline channels.

Known for his passion for connecting people, Kuba is a former board member of the Magento Association and Vice President of the Meet Magento Association, where he has been actively involved in organizing and supporting international eCommerce events and initiatives. Beyond the Meet Magento series, he is also an organizer of the Meet Commerce conferences.
