Marek Kubacak is the founder of Hashira Consulting Ltd, a UK based eCommerce consultancy built on Japanese values of precision, trust, and strong foundations. With 15+ years in the Magento ecosystem, he helps merchants and teams turn complex commerce estates into reliable delivery that is fast to change and easy to operate.

At Hashira, Marek focuses on the parts that usually decide whether a programme succeeds or fails: platform and architecture choices you can defend, technical audits that surface real risk early, and delivery governance that keeps releases safe under pressure. His work commonly spans Adobe Commerce and Magento 2 roadmaps, Hyvä adoption, integrations across ERP, PIM, OMS and marketplace tooling, plus performance, security, analytics, and consent readiness for high traffic launches.

A familiar face at community events (usually the guy in the hat). Originally from the Czech Republic, he brings one undeniable cultural lesson: in the land of Czech beer, “one quick pint” is a fairy tale, so he aims for talks with clear takeaways before anyone orders the second round.
