Chris Collier is a seasoned entrepreneur and digital leader whose journey began in 2008 with the founding of a technology and automation consulting firm in the Oil & Gas industry. With a deep-rooted passion for automation and innovation, Chris has successfully navigated a variety of start-up ventures and digital transformation initiatives, redefining brands and businesses in the process.

As the head of Digital Operations at WAVE Electronics—the largest independent consumer electronics distribution company in the U.S.—Chris is at the forefront of leveraging technology to optimize business processes while enhancing the digital experience for their B2B dealers. Under his leadership, the team successfully launched Adobe Commerce in 2023, earning industry-wide recognition as one of the best websites and digital experience by 2024, solidifying WAVE Electronics’ position as a leader in digital innovation.

When not driving digital transformation, Chris enjoys attending Astros games with his daughter and is an avid yoga practitioner, embracing balance both personally and professionally.
