    Yes, we promote all sessions through the Meet Magento Florida website, email campaigns, and social channels.

  2. Can I promote my participation on social media?

    Definitely! We encourage you to post using #MM26FL and tag our official accounts. We’ll provide a speaker media kit including banners, logos, and hashtags.

  3. Are there guidelines for my speaker slide deck?

    Yes, please use a 16:9 format, and include your name, session title, and any co-speaker/company credits. Avoid heavy sales content—focus on insights and value.

AV, Tech & Slide Submission

  1. What kind of AV setup is available?

    Each room includes a screen, projector, wireless clicker, and microphone. If you have special needs (e.g., video demos, audio), let us know in advance.

  2. Do I need to bring my own laptop?

    We recommend using the event-provided laptop for consistency. If you must use your own, bring any necessary adapters.

  3. When do I need to submit my final slides?

During the Event

    Event photos and session videos will be included on our website, and all attendees will be notified once published.

  3. Will I get feedback or stats on my session?

    We will publish the survey results post the event.
