   Head to the Speaker Registration Desk when you arrive to pick up your badge and welcome kit.

2. Will there be a speaker lounge or prep area?

   Yes, we provide a private Speaker Lounge with refreshments, workspace, and staff to assist with last-minute needs.

3. What time should I arrive before my session?

   Please be in your session room at least 20 minutes before your scheduled time to coordinate with the AV team and session moderator.
